About Us

M4PS specializes in deploying mobile public safety technology.
We offer consulting services to develop comprehensive mobility solutions that address first responder functions.

Our Story

M4PS began as a mobile broadband technology consultancy and has evolved into a comprehensive support provider for agencies deploying advanced technologies and shaping policies.
Based in Houston, TX, our team boasts over two decades of expertise in public safety mobile broadband, with Founder Niki Papazoglakis leading impactful deployments as Program Coordinator for the Harris County FirstNet Early Builder Program.

Our Vision

At M4PS, our vision is to promote the adoption of mobile broadband-enabled technologies in public safety, fostering collaboration and interoperability.
We achieve this by assisting agencies in deploying advanced technologies and actively shaping policies, procedures, and budgets to ensure effective and sustainable adoption while leveraging their leadership and industry relationships to address operational challenges.

Our App

M4PS runs the only secure, fully interoperable public safety messaging and collaboration app, Bridge4PS.
Originating from Niki's recognition of collaboration technology's potential impact on public safety during the Early Builder program and her leadership in the DHS-sponsored Mobility Acceleration Coalition, Bridge4PS launched in 2019 as a nationwide platform, filling a market gap.

M4PS has successfully developed an implementation model to mitigate risks and unforeseen challenges to ensure successful deployments and positive end-user experiences.

Our Services

Planning

Planning is critical when deploying innovative new technologies with no reference for what has worked and what hasn’t in the past.

Implementation

Change can be difficult in industries that rely on standard protocols and "muscle memory" to protect life and property.
