Mobility 4 Public Safety (M4PS) is based in Houston, TX. Our team has been at the forefront of public safety mobile broadband for the last 2 decades. As Program Coordinator for the Harris County FirstNet Early Builder Program, M4PS Founder Niki Papazoglakis led some of the first and most impactful deployments of public safety mobile broadband technologies.

M4PS began as a consulting company assisting departments with various technology projects, usually with a focus on mobile broadband. Not only do we assist agencies in the deployment of advanced technologies, but we also work with them to develop or modify the necessary policies, procedures and budgets to support effective and sustainable adoption. Through our leadership in this space, we have established valuable relationships for engaging a variety of technical and policy resources to help solve practical, operational challenges inherent to innovative technology deployments.

During the Early Builder program and subsequently leading the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) sponsored Mobility Acceleration Coalition, Niki recognized the impact collaboration technology could have on public safety operations. With no viable product on the market, Niki obtained approval from DHS to launch a proof-of-concept for an interoperable, public safety collaboration app. Bridge 4 Public Safety (Bridge4PS) was launched in 2019 and has grown to become a nationwide platform.
